If the proof-of-concept we build during the discovery sprint does not convince you, you only pay the discovery fee (included in all packages). We will not proceed to full development unless you are satisfied with the initial results and give written approval.
Yes. We credit the amount already paid toward the Professional fee. The only constraint is timing: if the discovery sprint is already complete, we may need a short scoping session (usually half a day) to plan the additional models or integrations.
No. You retain full ownership of your data. We access it only for the duration of the project and delete our copies within 30 days of project completion, unless you ask us to keep them for ongoing monitoring.
Our prices cover development, training and deployment effort. If you deploy on your own AWS, Azure or GCP account, you pay the cloud provider directly. If you prefer us to host, we charge infrastructure costs at our negotiated rates (typically 10-15% below list price) and invoice monthly with full transparency.
Starter projects usually go live within six weeks. Professional projects take eight to twelve weeks because of the additional integrations and training sessions. Enterprise retainers begin delivering value within the first month, with continuous improvement thereafter.
